WHO AM I
I’m Dana Davis — a speaker, coach, TV host, and unapologetic leader.
Born and raised in Newark, NJ, I know what it means to make your voice heard in rooms not built for you — and still own the moment. I built my career in corporate leadership, learning the rules, breaking a few, and rewriting my own.
Now? I help women lead boldly, live fully, and stop shrinking in rooms they were born to own.
Whether I’m on stage, on set, or in a coaching session, I’m all about one thing:
